​SASO qualifies 10 auditors of its employees for granting quality certificates to beneficiary service centers 

 

      The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) organized a training course for (10) auditors of its employees to carry out the audit work for granting the Saudi Quality Certificate to the beneficiary service centers (Hayak).

      Eng. Saud Al Shabanat, Director of  Administrative and Technical Consultancy Center at SASO, said that this course comes within the framework of SASO's keenness to improve the quality of services in government and private establishments in the Kingdom. This will help in enabling these establishments to increase the quality of their services and the satisfaction of their customers, in order to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and promote practices that contribute to raising the quality of life in the Kingdom.

       Al Shabanat pointed out; that the training course was organized for five days and included training in audit skills in accordance with ISO19011, in addition to the requirements of the technical regulation of the Saudi Quality Certificate for the beneficiary service centers (Hayak).

       Furthermore, he noted that this course comes within the preparations of  SASO to activate this technical regulation, after being approved last period by SASO's Board of Directors. SASO looks forward to applying its standards and requirements at beneficiary service centers in the government and private bodies to ensure the quality of the services provided by these establishments in accordance with the foundations of the organizational work,  in accordance with the requirements of various quality management systems.

       He mentioned that SASO will work during the coming period to qualify government and private bodies that wish to implement the requirements of the technical regulation of the Saudi Quality Certificate for beneficiary service centers. He stressed that the implementation of this regulation will be of great benefit to the committed companies in terms of quality and productivity as well as customer and beneficiary satisfaction.
