This service allows establishments to add products, items, or other types to obtain the quality mark, through the license granted to the facility.

Service requirments

  • Fill out the application form for obtaining a license to use the quality mark on the official paper of the facility (download the form).
  • Attach the required files (product labels, Results of self-monitoring of the product, product test report from an accredited laboratory according to (ISO 17025) in the product field, trademark registration certificate (if it is a new brand), and digital product coding (barcode)).
  • Additional requirements:​
    • Efficiency labels for products that require an energy efficiency certificate, click (here).
    • The Gulf Conformity Mark for products requiring the Gulf Mark, click (here).
    • IECEE Recognition Certificates for products requiring IECEE Recognition Certificates, click (here).
    • ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Quality certificate for Food and Agricultural Establishments, click (here​).

Service steps

  1. Select (Start Service) to take advantage of the Quality Mark License Expansion service.
  2. Log in to the electronic certification system.
  3. Choose the license required to expand its scope and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Fill in the data for the products to be licensed, attach the required files, and send the application.
  5. After verifying that the expansion requirements are met and whether the application is accepted or not, pay the costs of the technical study of the application.
  6. You can follow the status of the application through your account in the certification system.
