"SASO" lectures on the overall quality of civil defense personnel at Umm Al Qura University
SASO participated in a lecture on the application of quality to the civil defense personnel in Makkah under the patronage of the Director General of Civil Defense, Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Amr, on Wednesday, 16 Dhu al-Qadah 1439H, King Abdulaziz University, Umm Al-Qura University,
The event witnessed a number of lectures. Eng. Saud bin Mohammad Al Shabanat, Director of Technical Consultancy Center at SASO, spoke about the definition of TQM as a management method based on teamwork and employee involvement in continuous improvement of various processes to achieve internal and external client satisfaction.
He then explained the principles of TQM to be focused on identifying customers and their needs and expectations, and then seeking to achieve them by empowering employees and engaging them in decision making by increasing the teamwork spirit by managing the facts of measurement and analysis and focusing on the principle of quality in all stages of work to ensure that development. In addition, improvement is a continuous process to achieve 2030 vision of the Kingdom that our country be a distinctive model at all levels. The lectures also participated in this event.
At the end of the event, the Director General of Civil Defense, Sulaiman bin Abdullah Al-Amr, thanked SASO for this important and useful participation and honored Eng. Saud Al-Shabanat for his valuable lecture.
The Director General of SASO's branch in Makkah's Region, Mr. Mutlaq bin Raji Al-Tayari, stressed the importance of cooperation with public and private bodies in the field of quality improvement by providing national sectors with local and international experiences to contribute to outstanding performance efforts to achieve the objectives and development plans and services of our precious country.
