SASO's ladies' section participated, Monday morning, on 27/11/2017, corresponding to 09/03/1439 H, in (Quality for School Excellence and Accreditation) Forum at High School 11. An introduction was given about Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization. SASO's employees highlighted topics of Quality Mark, Verify application and Energy Efficiency Label. In addition, SASO participated with an awareness pavilion at the exhibition accompanying the Forum.

     ​Furthermore,on Thursday morning, 07/12/ 2017, corresponding to 19/03/1439 H, SASO's ladies section also participated at High School 20, as part of an awareness campaign on "Security and Safety". SASO's staff gave an introduction about SASO's standards and various school equipment standards. Moreover, SASO's employees highlighted topics of Quality Mark, Verify application, Energy Efficiency Label, and GCC Conformity Mark. The staff talked about safety guidelines in the use of gas cylinders, household detergents, cooking utensils, and so on. Standards of adopted plugs, sockets and electrical power strips were introduced. Furthermore, standards of household refrigerators, water heaters, electric elevators and heaters, accompanied by introductory videos on these topics, were introduced as well. In addition, SASO's participation included a special pavilion for Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization having awareness publications which have an impact on consumer safety.
