​His Excellency the Governor of SASO, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, expressed his deep thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman,-God save them- on the issuance of latest royal decrees, which demonstrated the keenness of our leadership on the welfare of the citizen and responding to his/her concerns. 

      The Governor valued the royal decrees extending to reach all segments of society in a sincere desire to decrease burdens on all citizens of this precious country. He praised the support and outstanding attention for our soldiers who are defending our country in the southern border in appreciation of their sacrifice. Also, Dr. Saad praised the royal decrees' inclusion of a dear segment of society, who had crowning achievement in the process of development and prosperity of the Kingdom, represented in the retired individuals, in gratitude for their great efforts for the country. 

        Dr. Al-Kasabi predicted that these generous decrees will have a positive impact on the stability and growth of the economy in its various sectors. The most important sectors of which are health, education and housing. In addition, these decrees help to reduce the impact of inflation on the economies of important social segments who are beneficiaries of social security and students, which emphasizes the great interest of the rulers to achieve the requirements of a decent living for all segments of Saudi society.
