SASO's branch in Makkah Al Mukarramah Province has organized an introductory workshop aimed at activating the awareness and education of the regulation of job performance evaluation, in accordance with the directives of His Excellency Dr. Saad bin Othman Al Kasabi, SASO's Governor, and the concern of Director General of the branch, Mr. Mutlaq bin Raji Al-Tayari to achieve Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which seeks to increase employees efficiency .

    The workshop was opened with a visual presentation and a detailed explanation of the regulation of job performance evaluation, objectives, and benefits of its implementation, which are based on specific and measurable pillars, during the annual performance cycle.

   It is noteworthy that the workshop will be held over a week, interspersed with panel discussions that will show all aspects of the performance evaluation, axes, bases and implementation methods. The program has been joined by departments' managers and those tasked with evaluating employees' performance, as well as a selected group of employees at the branch, to educate and guide them to the desired goals.​
