Adaa Center Director Announced: We Will Launch an Application for Citizens to Measure Satisfaction of Beneficiaries of Government Bodies

The acting Director-General of the National Center for Performance Measurement of Government Bodies (Adaa), Eng. Husamadin Al-Madani, announced the launch of an application for citizens and residents, used through smart devices, to measure performance indicators. The application will enable them to evaluate the performance of various government and semi-governmental bodies, and to deliver their complaints and suggestions directly to the officials with follow-up messages that reach different bodies. The role of the Center is to work on the performance evaluation results.
In a lecture titled " The Impact of Measuring Performance and Applying the System of Key Indicators in Enhancing the Quality of Government Performance " within a session chaired by the Governor of SASO, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-kasabi, during the second day of the Sixth National Quality Conference, held on Wednesday in Dammam city, organized by SASO, under the patronage of the Minister of Trade and Investment, Chairman of SASO's Board, Eng. Al-Madani said that Adaa is developing an electronic platform for international performance to follow the performance of Saudi Arabia in comparison with more than 200 countries in the world, the platform gives a comprehensive view on the performance of the Kingdom in more than 250 international indicators within 12 measurement areas. In addition, the platform is a reference to international classifications, as it enables comparison of the performance of different countries in different areas and monitors performance periodically.
Moreover, Al-Madani added that measuring organizational performance aims to determine the level of productivity of the organization, the shortcomings and improvements required to achieve the overall sustainability of the organization positively, and to help the decision-maker to make the right decisions based on performance reports. He also pointed out that the tasks of the Center include measuring the performance of government bodies, collecting data , creating harmony, investigating, analyzing and reporting.
