Deputy Governor of SASO for Quality and Conformity, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the 6th National Quality Conference, Eng. Saud bin Rashid Al-Askar, said that the conference will be a real opportunity to highlight leading experiences in the field of quality for all sectors, both nationally and internationally. Thus, SASO is keen to ensure that the conference is in line with the guidelines of our wise leadership, so that quality becomes a key pillar in achieving the initiatives and projects of the National Transformation Program (NTP) and Vision 2030.

     "The 6th National Quality Conference attracts the most important leading experiences in this field, which are considered some of the best international models committed to the values and quality standards, highlighting the role of quality in achieving economic transformation," he added. The conference is an ideal opportunity to study how to apply these experiences in the Kingdom to achieve economic visions by 2030. He pointed out that the conference emphasizes the importance of reaching excellence and leadership and achieving advancement of the national economy, by investing in the capacities of Saudi youth in the dissemination and promotion of quality culture in the future generation and different sectors of the society. It also reviews the best national and international practices in the field of quality and institutional excellence.

    The Chairman of the Executive Committee of the conference pointed out that creativity and innovation are strongly presented in the conference's topics as they are necessary in the quality field to raise, improve and advance product performance and institutional sustainability.      Al-Askar clarified that choosing the slogan "Quality ... the path towards excellence and leadership" as the theme of the 6th conference comes in line with the current and future phase of the quality reality in the Kingdom.
