His Excellency the Governor of SASO, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al Kasabi, praised the Royal Decree to set up a high anti-corruption committee headed by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense-may God preserve him- and the heads of regulatory bodies in the Kingdom.

     Al Kasabi stressed that this honorable order comes as a continuation of the sincere efforts of the guardians-may God preserve them-to consolidate justice, to root transparency and integrity, and to achieve efficiency in the management of public funds, supported by strict accountability if anyone ever thought of misappropriation of public funds in this blessed country.

     In addition, the governor said : the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz- may God preserve him- has consolidated, by this decision, his enduring desire towards reform, as well as his clear interest in activating the role of regulatory bodies and raising the efficiency of their performance in support of continuous and ambitious work to achieve the comprehensive renaissance. Therefore, anti-corruption is one of the most important, effective and supportive regulatory tools for achieving sustainable development and advancement.

     Furthermore, Dr. Saad Al-Kasabi said that our wise leadership obviously is keen to have effective and simultaneous steps on all axes to provide an ideal economic and social environment that will contribute to the achievement of the ambitious vision of our dear kingdom, "Saudi Arabia 2030".​
