His Excellency the Governor of SASO, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al Kasabi, extended his sincere congratulations to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman on the occasion of the Royal Trust appointing His Royal Highness to be the Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister. He said: we pledge allegiance to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman as Crown Prince upon the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and to hear and obey, both in times of ease and hardship, when we felt energetic and when we felt tired. In addition, His Excellency has congratulated Their Royal Highness the Princes and Their Excellency who received the precious royal trust contained in the recent royal orders.

     Dr. Saad Al Kasabi said: We are proud and honored of the continuous development of the Kingdom, which affirms the active participation of the youth generation in the development and construction of a brighter and more distinguished future and of more growth, God's willing. That is clear by the decisions and policies of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz – May Allah preserve him , with his wisdom and experience, to continue the process of growth and giving initiated by the Founder of Saudi Arabia - May Allah have mercy on him.

     The Governor of SASO expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Nayef for the service provided to his religion and country, stressing that his achievements in the field of security and fighting  terrorism will remain a witness to him throughout history.

The Governor of SASO concluded his speech by asking God to lead everyone to what he desire and satisfy, and provide them with success and satisfaction, and to preserve this blessed country.
