SASO Governor Offers Condolences to Saudi Leaders on Armed Forces' Officers Martyred While on Duty



        SASO Governor, Dr. Sa'ad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, offered his condolences to the wise Saudi leadership on the martyrdom of a number of officers and soldiers of the Saudi Armed Forces, giving their lives in line of duty in a helicopter crash incident. The helicopter belongs to the Saudi Armed Forces leading the coalition forces in support of the internationally recognized government of Yemen.

        SASO Governor said, "We offer condolences to ourselves on the martyrdom of the country's soldiers. We also express our deepest condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz; First Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz; Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Allah save them; and all the Saudi people." He asked Allah Almighty to have mercy on them, rest their souls in Paradise and grant their people and family patience and solace. 

      Dr. Al-Kasabi stressed that Saudi Arabia with its regional and international value and position is always keen to meet its religious, national and historical responsibilities aiming at maintaining the solidarity of both the Arab and Islamic nations. Moreover, he confirmed that the country's soldiers were and are still the first shield protecting the Kingdom's sacred places and the brotherly Arab and Islamic countries. He concluded his speech with a pray to Allah to grant strength to the Saudi soldiers everywhere, save this country from enemies and keep for us security, safety and prosperity.
