SASO Governor: We Lost Brilliant Leader Whose Work to Be Immortal and Memorable All the Time

     The Governor of SASO, Dr. Sa'ad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, expressed deep sorrow for the death of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, describing his demise as a great calamity of the country and the Arab and Islamic nations. He extended his condolences on this great loss to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Allah preserve him; His Royal Highness Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince; His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince; sons of the deceased king; the royal family; and the Saudi people.

     Dr. Al-Kasabi said, "The world has lost a great king and an exceptional leader whose era was laden with great achievements. King Abdullah, Allah's mercy be upon him, was a historic figure who was concerned with providing comfort to citizens, following closely development projects across our generous kingdom." He  indicated that the orders of the late king always confirmed the keenness to serve citizens, resulting clearly in the love and respect carried by his loyal people. 

     He added saying, " King Abdullah, Allah's mercy be upon him, was always concerned with demonstrating the Kingdom's leadership through initiatives. He also guided its effective contributions at the regional, Arab, and international levels. He supported the causes of the Arab and Islamic nations, caring for their causes and defending them bravely and valiantly." He continued saying, "We feel grief and sorrow for the loss of this figure. What consoles us is that his work, achievements, and charitable work will remain memorable and immortal. We ask Allah Almighty to admit him into His spacious paradise and to reward him with the best."

     The Governor of SASO pledged allegiance to King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, and Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef  and to hear and obey them, both in times of ease and hardship, when feeling energetic and when feeling tired. He also affirmed that he and all SASO's officials and employees will be obedient soldiers for rulers to achieve goodness and growth for the dear kingdom. 

     He stressed, for his part, that the Saudi people are proud of the pure history of King Salman since being the governor of Riyadh region which witnessed during his governance huge developments leading it to be one of the most developed capitals.

     Dr. Al-Kasabi noted that  the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman is distinguished by his inveterate administrative expertise and decisive leadership which reflects a characteristic concerned always with work and achievement. He also indicated that King Salman will be, with the help of Allah, the best successor to the best predecessor and will continue the march of the founder of Saudi Arabia, May Allah rest his soul in peace, and his sons after him so that the Kingdom and its loyal people enjoy security and prosperity.   

     Moreover, he renewed his pledge that SASO and all its officials and employees will exert their utmost efforts to move forward in implementing the Kingdom's strategic initiatives and in achieving the royal vision in all SASO's work. Dr. al-Kasabi concluded his statement by wishing success and rightness for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, asking Allah Almighty to grant him good retinue, lead his steps on the straight path, and help him to serve the Saudi people and the Arab and Islamic nations.
