His Excellency the Governor of SASO, Dr. Sa'ad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, met employees of SASO's branch in Makkah. He listened, through the open meeting, to their ideas, expectations and suggestions introduced to improve the performance of SASO in achieving the quality message for internal and external beneficiaries.
The open meeting was begun with a welcome speech from the branch delivered by His Excellency Mr. Mutlaq bin Raji Al-Tayari, the General Director of SASO's branch in Makkah, in which he welcomed His Excellency the governor of SASO, Their Excellencies deputy governors, His Excellency the IT advisor and all the branch's guests, thanking them and appreciating their valuable visit and this important meeting.
After that, His Excellency Dr. Sa'ad Al-Kasabi pointed out that such open meetings come as a result of bearing responsibilities by SASO towards its employees in all branches and all departments in order to solve all problems and obstacles encountering them to create a work environment that aims at enhancing the performance of employees.
The discussion session was then opened for employees for their comments. His Excellency Dr. Sa'ad Al-Kasabi answered and commented on questions, suggestions and ideas. His Excellency then ordered to provide every means that facilitates work for employees of Makkah branch and that achieves the general benefit.
Moreover, the governor of SASO urged the employees of Makkah branch to work hard and carefully to raise SASO's position and serve their country by upgrading the level of performance, in order to promote the level of services provided for beneficiaries inside and outside SASO, and by raising the administrative and technical levels of employees to achieve creativity and excellence.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Deputy Governor for Standards and Laboratories, Eng. Abdullah Al-Qahtani; His Excellency the Deputy Governor for Quality and Conformity, Eng. Saud Al-Askar; His Excellency the Deputy Governor for Studies and Research, Eng. Ahmad Al-Lyft; His Excellency the Governor's Advisor for IT Department at SASO, Eng. Sultan Abu Koshaim; and His Excellency the Head of the Governor's Private Office, Mr. Muhammad Sahab.
After that, His Excellency the governor of SASO, Their Excellencies the deputy governors and the branch's guests made an inspection visit to the laboratories of SASO's branch in Makkah to check their readiness and their most important modern instruments in the field of examination to follow up continuously and accurately with the results of samples.
In addition, His Excellency Dr. Sa'ad Al-Kasabi and his companions took a look, during their visit, at the sampling methods and the mechanisms used in examining samples. Also, during the visit, His Excellency listened to a detailed explanation about the most important instruments available at the laboratories, the range of excellence provided in dealing with these instruments as well as unavailable instruments needed by the laboratories towards which His Excellency ordered to take appropriate measures in order to raise the performance level of laboratories.
At the end of the visit, His Excellency the governor of SASO thanked Mr. Mutlaq Al-Tayari, the General Director of the branch, and all employees of Makkah branch for what he touched of efforts and achievements made by SASO's branch in Makkah and for the branch's futuristic plans on which it is working.
