Governor of SASO receives the Ukrainian Ambassador
His Excellency the Governor of SASO, Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Kasabi and the Ambassador of the Republic of Ukraine to the Kingdom Vadim Fajrosov, discussed the prospects of joint cooperation between the Kingdom and Ukraine in the field of standardization and standard specifications. In addition, to support two-way trade between the two countries, this came during His Excellency meeting with Ambassador in his office at SASO's headquarter in Riyadh on Monday, 27 Rabia II 1436AH, corresponding to 17 February 2015.
His Excellency the Governor of SASO welcomed the Ambassador of Ukraine in the beginning of the meeting, and praising the economic relations between the Kingdom and the Republic of Ukraine. Furthermore, he stressed the desire of SASO to develop its relations with all relevant different fields of standardization bodies. From his part, the Ambassador expressed his pleasure with the visit welcoming consolidating ways of joint cooperation with all Kingdom bodies, especially the relevant standardization commercial and economic support between the two sides.
During this meeting, they discussed a number of topics of interest, and to study the prospects of cooperation agreed between the two sides discussed around during the meetings of Saudi-Ukraine Joint Commission. In addition, they discussed some of the items on the draft of technical cooperation program between the two sides.
