Global Expert Reviews Best International Practices for Business Process Management
SASO has organized, in cooperation with the Saudi Society for Quality and the Advanced Electronics Company, a specialized lecture titled "Best International Practices for Business Process Management and their Impact on the Quality of Products and Services". The lecture was delivered by the world expert Don James Wednesday, 26/06/1436 AH corresponding to 15/04/2015 at SASO's headquarter in Riyadh.
Through his lecture, Mr. Don reviewed a number of the best global practices in the field. He highlighted the implications and effects of these practices on the quality and efficiency of production in various industrial and economic specializations. Also, attendees have discussed with Mr. Don a number of topics related to the lecture.
This lecture was an activation for the cooperation between SASO and the Saudi Society for Quality after signing a cooperation agreement in the field of quality, its systems, applications, awards, practices and related strategies, which was after both sides agreed to exchange expertise in the field of quality according to common goals set forth in the system of each side. They also agreed to exchange scientific publications, programs, plans, references and resources, knowledge, information materials and other materials.
Furthermore, they have agreed to work in cooperation in the field of joint training, educational and research programs. Also, they have agreed to hold conferences, seminars, panel discussions, and workshops, and to make more efforts to share experiences with researchers and specialists. In addition, they agreed to support and encourage scientific activities with universities, associations and relevant institutions, and to provide opportunities for researchers in the field of quality to take advantage of scientific and intellectual resources at SASO and the Saudi Society for Quality, for the benefit of all.
