The National Measurement and Calibration Center (NMCC) hosted the events of GULFMET Week held during the period from Safar 10th to 14th, 1437 AH, corresponding to November 22nd – 26th, 2015. During this Week, 7 technical meetings were held to discuss and participate in the Inter Comparison Programs at the regional level and the International Comparison Programs organized by Consultative Committees at the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), and to ensure the effectiveness of quality management systems in measurement and calibration laboratories located in those participating countries in order to attain the international mutual recognition of measurement and calibration results at the international level through the CIPM Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA).
