In cooperation with Saudi Metrology, Standards and Quality Organization (SASO), 600 female students from the Sixth Elementary School in Riyadh participated in the special events of the Quality Week, which comes as a part of the Kingdom's celebrations of the World Quality Day aiming to disseminate quality and excellence culture awareness in the community and to introduce various applications of quality in different fields in order to improve performance and to work at the level of the highest performance standards.
The school organized several, various events to attract female students' attention and build excitement to get them involved in effectively, such as allocating school broadcast activities to introduce quality concept and holding different competitions to encourage female students to compose sentences and paragraphs about quality and excellence.
In the celebration, the school administration also distributed a number of SASO's brochures and prints which treat many quality and excellence concepts in addition to SASO's programs and activities as it is the responsible sector of achieving comprehensive quality in the Kingdom.
SASO is concerned with making a number of awareness prints that interest families, such as those related to school bags, home refrigerators and cleaning chemicals, in addition to making a number of awareness videos that teach how to use heaters and electric water heaters correctly and how to select children's clothes, school supplies, home surge protectors and other topics related to families' security and safety.
