Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) in cooperation with Saudi Center for energy efficiency, will hold on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, an introductory workshop for importers and manufacturers on the mandatory Saudi standard (SASO 2663:2021) entitled "air conditioners – minimum energy performance, labelling and testing requirements for low capacity window type and single-split.
The workshop will include introducing the standard for air conditioners to be applied during the coming period, reviewing the mechanisms and requirements of the minimum energy efficiency limits, as well as explaining the mechanism for obtaining labels and tests for low capacity window type and single-split.
