The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) and Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) in providing qualification, training, consultancy, studies and research services, in addition to exchanging experiences in fields related to the activities of both sides. The Moc was signed by HE Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, Governor of SASO, and HE Prof. Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al-Hamed, Rector of PSAU.

      The MoC aims at exchanging expertise and utilization, between both sides, in areas of training and development in the fields of governance and management; research and studies; as well as technical and engineering solutions. Moreover, it aims at cooperation in the field of human resource development, advisory services and a number of other areas that achieve the strategic objectives of SASO and PSAU.  

      ​Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Kasabi, Governor of SASO, expressed his confidence that the MoC will contribute to enhancing cooperation between SASO and PSAU. He praised the national role played by PSAU in serving the community. Also, Dr. Al-Kasabi stressed SASO's aspiration to build a strong strategic partnership, between the two parties, in such a way as to enable both parties to achieve the goals they aspire to.
