Saber is an electronic platform that helps the local supplier and factory to register the required conformity certificates electronically for consumer products, whether imported or locally manufactured, to enter the Saudi market. The platform also aims to raise the level of safe products in the Saudi market.
Saber E-Platform was developed under the supervision of the Saudi Organization for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality in cooperation with THIQAH Business Services Company to operate and develop it according to the highest standards of efficiency in terms of speed of completion in registration, as well as in reducing the time spent for beneficiaries.

Registration of a delegated employee account
A delegated employee: The person who’s authorized to represent an establishment and conduct transactions through Saber platform, including managing the establishment, managing the Electronic Identity records of the establishment’s authorized representatives, granting authority to the establishment’s authorized representatives, and managing the establishments electronic services.
Commercial Registration number and expiry date
ID number associated with the Commercial Register
A copy of the manager’s signature who’s in charge of the establishment
Copy of the establishment stamp
Steps of registering a delegated employee's account

Enter the required data
Check the data entered through the Ministry of Commerce and Investment system
Complete the statements of the establishment commissioner and accept the conditions
Activate the account of the establishment’s delegated employee
