​​​​​Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) is working on improving the quality of services provided to all beneficiaries and dealers, individuals or establishments, and to facilitate the requirements and procedures through electronic services that can be accessed at any time and place, to be implemented within a specified period. It should be noted, however, that the specified period does not include the completion of deficiencies in the event that the beneficiary does not provide all required information, nor does it include the time required for transactions to be processed by a third party, such as other government authorities, if the nature of the transactions calls for it.

Beneficiaries shall comply with the terms and requirements of each service as stated in the Electronic Services Guide, and all electronic services will be updated and added to this list successively. For more information on all SASO's electronic services, click here.​

Help and Support

SASO's electronic portal provides assistance and support to beneficiaries in a way that suits the largest number of visitors, by providing readable content, multimedia, and detailed information and links to some forms of assistance such as: Frequently asked questions, communication channels, inquiries and complaints.

Privacy and Confidentiality of Information
