Conditions:
1. The local facility wishing to issue the label/import the product must be officially registered in the Ministry of Commerce and authorized to engage in such activities according to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The international facility wishing to issue the label and register in the electronic portal must be one of the manufacturers of vehicles and tires.
3. The product must be complied with the relevant Gulf and Saudi technical regulations.
4. The facility shall provide SASO with any information requested regarding the product and facilitate obtaining a representative sample of the model when needed to verify its conformity to standards, at its own expense.
5. The facility declares the accuracy of all information it submits to SASO and bears responsibility for it. (Submitting the form to SASO by any available means) whether in written or electronic form, constitutes a declaration of the facility's compliance.
6. In the case of renewal, the certificate must be valid for 3 months or less, or it must be expired.
7. In the case of renewal, the test report must be valid for 3 years or less.
• Submit an electronic copy of a test report that meets the requirements of the relevant Saudi Standard, issued by one of the laboratories accepted by Saudi Standards.
• Attach a valid Gulf Conformity Certificate.
• Submit a copy of supplier and manufacturer declaration of conformity.
• Submit an image of the product, its marking information and the user's guide that meets the requirements of the relevant Saudi Standard.
• Submit a copy of a declaration of not using the previous label if the updated version has been issued.
• Submit a copy of the industrial registration of manufacturer.
Conditions:
• The certificate must be valid.
• The communication must be through the applicant's e-mail.
