​​A Japanese Expert Qualifies SASO laboratories' staff to Use Kaizen Strategy

    SASO started its efforts to achieve the Saudi-Japanese Joint Vision 2030 in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), with a one-week training course for the staff of SASO's laboratories. The course aimed at training them to use the continuous improvement strategy "Kaizen". 


    The course was presented by a Japanese expert from (JICA), during which he reviewed the concept of continuous improvement methodology, types of improvement methods, the concept of Kaizen methodology, its benefits, tools, implementation elements and other related areas.


    The course aims to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of all employees by employing the latest technologies and methodologies, which their validity and depth of impact on performance have been proved. That can be achieved by providing trainees with different concepts and strategies of this methodology so they can acquire scientific and applied skills and knowledge that positively affect the level of productivity and performance.


    ​The Japanese experience of continuous improvement, which the Japanese called "Kaizen", has been able to achieve the lowest level of waste in operations, resources and time, achieving high rates of profits and financial returns.
