This service allows the applicant to obtain the Saudi Quality Certificate (Hayak) for customer service centers, which focuses on developing customer service centers in all organizations and applies its standards to various types of centers that provide services to beneficiaries.

The certificate is issued by the service provider to the beneficiary within 13 business days once all requirements are fulfilled.

The center must be legally licensed
Provide the beneficiary service charter
Provide a procedure for responsibilities within the center, organizational structure, and job descriptions
Provide documentation requirements procedure
Provide quality policy
Provide complaint raising/handling procedure (response to beneficiary complaints)
Provide beneficiary satisfaction measurement procedure
Provide corrective/preventive procedures
Provide a list of performance indicators monitored for at least four months with a statement
