Service description

An e-service that enables you to submit a request to test samples for a specific product, and pay the full costs with the ability to track the status of the request until the completion of the test and the issuance of the examination results.

Service requirments

  • product photos.
  • Product descriptions.
  • Providing (3) samples for all general products and one sample for energy efficiency products.
  • Provide SASO with samples within (10) working days (the application will be closed electronically if the samples are not received before (10) days from the date of submitting the application).

Service steps

  1. Choose (Start Service) to take advantage of the sample testing service.
  2. Fill out the beneficiary, sample information, and attach the required files.
  3. Providing SASO with product samples.
  4. Pay the costs after receiving the payment number through the e-mail.
  5. You can follow up on the status of the application through the (Sample Status Inquiry) service.
