Service description

It is a service that enables the importer to obtain consignment conformity certificates for imported non-commercial products, either supplied to government agencies under a purchase order contract, imported for the purpose of research and innovation, shipments that are imported by individuals for the purpose of construction or products included in the industry such as raw materials production lines, etc.

  • Individuals:

  2. Policy of lading or customs declaration.

  4. Proof of real estate ownership or building permit.
  • Products involved in industry (raw materials, production lines, and their spare parts): 
  1. An industrial license from the Ministry of Industry or a license from the Ministry of Investment.
  2. Industrial exemption.

  • Governmental agencies: 
  1. Proof of account ownership.

  • Companies contracting with government agencies:

  • Imported products for research and innovation: 
  1. A letter from the relevant authorities.
  2. Purchase invoice.

  • Note: To facilitate the procedures for importing shipments through land ports, the purchase invoice is sufficient.

Service steps

  1. Select (Start Service) to get to a consignment matching service for products not intended for consumer viewing.
  2. Log in to the Saber platform.
  3. Selection of the type of product (products not intended to be offered to the consumer).
  4. Adding products to the platform through the customs code or searching by product classification.
  5. Fill in the shipping information
  6. Agree to acknowledge and pay costs.
