Second Stage

of the obligation of Recognition Certificate of IECEE Certificate

Out of its Keenness to maintain safety of high risk products coming to the Kingdom's markets and to ascertain their source, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO),  in cooperation with Saudi Customs, announces the start of the second stage of the obligation to obtain a recognition certificate of IECEE Certificate, as of 01/08/2018, on the following products:

1.     Mobile Phone Batteries

2.     Water Pumps

3.     Dishwashers

4.     TVs

5.     Laptops

6.     Electronic Watches
